Job details:  To start asap. Rapid Assessment Intensive Support Team.
• Mental Health assessment of Children and Young People aged 0-18 years
• Enhanced risk assessment, care planning and safety planning
• Community assessments and ward assessments
• Intensive support for 2-week period
• Support and guidance to junior staff
Working hours: Full time. Monday to Friday. Flexible hours – can either be 12-hour days or 9-5.
