Job Details:  Occupational Therapist required for South-Integrated Community Occupational Therapy Team. To start asap for 12 weeks. Applicants would benefit from having worked in a social care Occupational Therapy role previously or have experience of the community setting. Knowledge of Moving and Handling people, specialist equipment, minor adaptation provision and assistive technology would be beneficial. The Team supports adults within their own homes where the primary need is physical disability with long-term health conditions. The aim of OT intervention is to assist people to remain as independent as possible in the community. JD available on request. Working hours: Full time. Monday to Friday.
