Job details:  To work in a generic adult social care team, providing minor aids/telecare and major adaptations, knowledge of working with clients on reablement and providing support to duty with hospital discharges, would be beneficial. The person will need to be flexible, hardworking and interested in learning alongside OT’s JD available on request:

• To assess the needs of residents of the City of London.
• To ensure that the provision of care, advice support and all other services required to meet identified needs is arranged and reviewed in an efficient, sensitive, and cost-effective manner.
