Job details:  Surgery Therapy Services. Integrated Discharge Team. Clinical experience within the acute discharge service. Expectations are to improve acute patient flow. Working hours: shifts, 08.30 – 16.30. Both Full and part time available. Including Bank holidays and weekends.
