Job details:  Urgent Care Response – Community.  The role will entail mainly assessing patients in the community as part of the Urgent Community Response service. Community experience, working in ED, rapid responses. Home Visits for new rapids and follow ups. Working hours: 34 hours per week (3x 12 hour shifts 8am-8pm with 40 min break).
