Job details:  Community Therapy and Intermediate Care. Band 6 Occupational Therapist required – would consider experienced Band 5. Working with adults 18+ within the patient’s own home, the ability to travel between visits across Knowsley on a daily basis. Community experience would be beneficial but not essential. The team works to support the patients to remain within their own homes by providing a short-term intervention to support rehabilitation and self-management. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.00. Full or Part time considered.
