Job details: 2x Occupational Therapists required for Medicine Team. Skills/experience: Experience of working in the NHS in an acute hospital environment in Medicine wards including palliative care/ gastro/ respiratory essential. Experience of discharge planning desirable. Working hours: Full time. 37.5 hours per week.
