Job details:  Experienced Occupational Therapist required to act as lone worker part of the single-handed care project. Can work fully hybrid, case load 10 assessments a fortnight. Single handed care training and experience is essential. Post holder will need to be experienced in undertaking assessments and have confidence with working with agencies and service users who are complex. Working hours: 37 hours per week.
