Job details:  Therapy Inpatients. Occupational Therapist required to cover Gerontology ward/ discharge planning. Rehabilitation and goal setting with patients. Assess and provision of equipment. Home visits and discharge to assess visits. Attend board rounds. Working hours: 09.00 – 17.00.
