Job details: Physiotherapist required for Core Therapy Team. Must be a car Driver with Licence and access to a vehicle. Skills/experience: System One. Assessment of falls. Assessment and interventions for strength, balance, mobility & steps/stairs issues. Taking observations and calculating NEWS2 score. Assessing for and issuing equipment: walking aids, bed levers, profiling beds, bed rails, toileting aids, transfer aids including slide boards and hoists. Assessment for and prescriptions of the exercise programmes. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00 -17.00.
