Job details:  Discharge Hub Team- Admission Prevention Team. Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist required to start asap. Skills/experience: Experienced therapist with previous A&E experience and community experience
Admission avoidance team work previously. Good communication, excellent interpersonal skills, team player, experienced therapist. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday.
