Job details:  Integrated and Specialist Medicine – Neuro Conditions. To start asap. The Community SLT provides patient-centred care and treatment for a specialist ageing and health and multi-morbidity adult caseload (dementia, frailty, COPD). SLT would be dysphagia trained and be able to provide communication and swallowing intervention for adults on the caseload. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 16.30.
