Team Manager – Northamptonshire Children’s Trust

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to join Northamptonshire Children’s Trust, a dynamic and evolving service delivering transformative care to children and families across the county. About the Role: As a Team Manager, you will lead a team of Senior Social Workers and MASH Officers, ensuring the safety and well-being of children is always at the forefront. You’ll manage workloads, develop team plans, and support your team’s growth, while ensuring high performance and service delivery. You’ll also play a key role in driving innovation and service development, making a real difference in children’s lives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Leadership experience in social work, with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • A passion for innovation and creativity in service delivery, with the ability to develop and mentor staff.
  • Ideally, you’ll have a Level 5 NVQ Management qualification (or equivalent experience), budgetary control expertise, and strong ICT skills.
