Band 5 MIIU Healthcare Professional – Gloucestershire

Tripod Partners are recruiting Band 5 Minor Injury and Illness Unit (MIIU) Healthcare Professionals to work across all MIIUs within Gloucestershire Health and Care. This is an excellent opportunity to gain varied experience in multiple hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Manchester Triage assessments.
• Provide wound care and manage patient observations.
• Administer pain relief as required.
• Deliver high-quality care in MIIU, Emergency Department (ED), or Primary Care settings.

Position Details:

• Location: MIIUs across Gloucestershire Health and Care
• Work Pattern: Flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
• Rates:
• Day: £21.56 per hour
• Night/Saturday: £29.79 per hour
• Sunday/Bank Holiday: £31.42 per hour
• Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

Requirements:

• Valid Manchester Triage training certification.
• Proven experience in wound care, managing observations, and administering pain relief.
• Previous experience in MIIUs, EDs, or Primary Care.
