Contract Length: Ongoing (4 weeks initially)
Job Details: Therapy Assistant required to start ASAP for 4 weeks within the Early Supported Discharge Team.

- Deliver rehabilitation programmes as prescribed by registered therapy staff
- Support patients within the Early Supported Discharge pathway
- Complete clinical documentation using SOAP note format
- Provide clear and accurate handovers to the multidisciplinary team
- Work collaboratively within the team to support patient rehabilitation goals
Skills / Experience:
-
- Previous experience working in a Therapy Assistant role
- Experience delivering rehabilitation programmes
- Ability to complete notes in SOAP format
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Working Hours: Part time – 3.5 days per week (Monday to Friday). Specific days and hours to be confirmed each week.
