Job details:  To cover vacancy. Skills/experience: Essential – Acute (NHS), patient flow, discharge, frailty and community. Will be supported by a Band 7 Team Lead, Lead OT and a Site Lead Therapist. Working hours: Monday to Friday and weekend work, 08.00 – 16.00.
