Job details:  Intensive Rehab & Therapy Svc. Occupational Therapist required to cover vacancy. The independent triage and assessment, facilitating safe discharges, provision of equipment, carrying out home visits. experience in NHS and post qualification as an occupational therapist/physiotherapist, preferably in a IDH/D2A Model. Access to car required. Working hours: shifts, 08.00 – 20.00. Monday-Sunday: 8-8 roster basis.
