Job details: Occupational Therapist required as Independent Mobility Assessor. JD available on request:

• Deliver a high quality, person centred, accountable Concessionary Travel and Blue Badge assessment service using the eligibility criteria as determined by the Authority and Department of Transport.
• To make decisions on eligibility for the above schemes.
• To undertake mobility assessments with applicants when their eligibility cannot be determined from the information provided/application form
• To provide detailed reports and case papers on the above.
