Job details: To cover vacancy. Undertaking EHC needs assessment for children aged 0-19. Qualified Occupational Therapist with experience of administering formal and informal/non-standardised assessments. Experience of undertaking EHC needs assessment, report writing and mainstream schools assessments is essential. Working hours: shifts, 09.00 – 17.00. Monday to Friday.
