Job details:  Physiotherapist required to cover vacancy for Urgent and intermediate Care Team. To provide cover whilst commencing the Home First element of ICRAS. Must be able to travel and carry their own caseload making autonomous decisions about discharges/therapy plans. Working hours: Full time. Monday to Friday, 08.00 – 16.00 or 09.00 – 17.00
