Job details: Integrated Community Services. Physiotherapist required to cover vacancy. Carrying out community visits for housebound patients. Triage for the Falls Practitioner team for any urgent/priority/suitable patients that are high risk of falling that need to be referred to the BHR Falls Service. Experience working in Elderly, community, and fallers. Candidate must be a Car driver as work requires travelling. Working hours: shifts, 09.00 – 17.00.
