Job details:  Community. Physiotherapist required for 3 months. Carry out home-based initial physiotherapy assessments, create care plan and home exercise programmes, order/review equipment provision, allocate to rehab support workers, review patients. Car driver not essential. No remote working. Working hours: 0.6 WTE.  3 days per week only.
