Job Details:  Increase of workload. Stroke service. Providing assessment and rehabilitation in people’s homes who have had a stroke supporting them when home from hospital and in the long term. Shifts may be across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire depending on demand. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 16.00.
