Job details: To cover vacancy. Neurological Rehabilitation. To support the stroke early supported discharge team and facilitate stroke discharges from hospital into the community. Provide community based rehabilitation working closely with the stroke MDT. Own car and driving licence essential. Working hours: Monday, Thursday, Friday. 08.00 – 16.00.
