These Tripod Partners Refer a Friend scheme rules and the terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties. In the event of conflict between these Refer a Friend scheme rules and the terms and conditions, the terms and conditions shall prevail.

  • Referrals are vetted on a case-by-case basis to ensure compliance. An example of a potential case where a referral cannot enter you into the referral scheme is when you friend already exists within our databases.
  • Your friend must work within a Social Care Profession
  • We will reward you with £500. Rewards are given in Great British Pounds or the equivalent international currency.  
  • Your friend must have completed 500 hours of locum work or, for permanent positions, passed their probation.
  • The scheme is applicable to UK and international QSW professionals.
  • Once your friend successfully completes their qualifying period, please notify your Tripod Partners contact to claim your reward, we will then verify that criteria have been met and will issue your reward via payroll. The reward is UK income taxable and National Insurance deductible, the deductions will be aligned to UK HMRC rates at the time of payment.
  • Tripod Partners reserves the right to offer an alternative reward of the same value at any time.
  • By using the Refer a Friend scheme, you are acknowledging and accepting these terms and conditions in their entirety.
  • You must have gained explicit consent from the referring party to forward their details to Tripod Group and for them to be aware that we will be contacting them to discuss a relevant role. Tripod Group will not be held accountable for contact information that has not been fully consented to be passed to us.
  • Tripod Partners Group’s decision is final.

The Tripod Group Limited Refer-a-Friend programme is confined to the referral of personal contacts (“Friend”). Refraining from referring any individual under this programme is advised if the relationship was established or cultivated through your employment, office, agency, or any other position you may hold. Additionally, referrals that could breach any duty owed to another organisation or individual should be avoided, as such actions may constitute a criminal offence.

By referring any person under this programme:

1. You confirm and warrant that the referral does not contravene any duty you (or any third party) may owe to any other person or organisation. This encompasses duties arising from any:

  • function of a public nature;
  • activity connected with a business, trade, or profession;
  • activity performed in the course of any person’s employment (including yours); or
  • activity performed by or on behalf of a body of persons (whether corporate or incorporate).

2. You confirm and warrant that the Friend agrees to the Tripod Group Limited Privacy Policy. Aligned with the Tripod Group Limited Privacy Policy, you confirm and warrant that you have obtained the Friend’s permission to submit their details for this referral.

3. You agree to refund, upon demand and without any time limit, any reward if you are found to be in breach of these terms.

Tripod Group Limited shall not be liable arising out of or in connection with this Agreement for (i) any loss of or damage to profit, revenue, savings, data, use, contract, goodwill, or business, or (ii) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, in each case, however caused or arising.

The term “howsoever caused or arising,” when used in this Agreement, shall be interpreted broadly to encompass all causes and actions giving rise to liability. This includes, but is not limited to, (i) whether arising due to any misrepresentation (whether made prior to and/or in this Agreement), negligence, breach of statutory duty, other tort, breach of contract, restitution, or otherwise, (ii) whether arising under any indemnity, and (iii) whether caused by any total or partial failure or delay by Tripod Group Limited.

Nothing in this Agreement shall restrict or exclude any party’s liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or to the extent otherwise not permitted by law.

This programme is not accessible to Tripod Group Limited employees or their family members.
