Job details:   

• Relevant Professional Qualification in OT
• Current unrestricted registration with HCPC
• Specialist knowledge across a range of procedures and theory 
• Professional knowledge acquired through degree/ diploma
•  Significant experience of undertaking Occupational Therapy assessment, formulation, risk assessment and positive risk taking
• Substantial experience in a dementia or mental health setting.
• Must be car driver

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 08.00 – 16.00 (30 in break)
