Job details: 1 wte. Community Adults. Skills/experience: NHS, Community, rehab, geriatrics, ortho, long. Mostly visiting patients, small amount of working from home once established in the role. Car driver ideally, not essential. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 16.30.
