Job details:  To start asap. Assessment of patients in home, treatment, issue equipment, care plans and home exercise plans; Alone working and autonomous working, community rehab experience, excellent assessment and rehab skills with patients with cognitive and physical difficulties, complex manual handling. In-house training.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.00.
